PASTOR DAVE DRAKE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
For over 15 years, Dave has invested in the lives of pastors, ministry leaders, and their families through this ministry of Renewed Hope. We offer ministry and counseling for leaders who have had to step out of ministry for a time of healing and redirection. We also seek to help in the area of preventing problems that would lead to the need to step down.
Dave has served as a pastor and counseling pastor with over 30 years of experience. Through the years we have relied on the strength of God’s Word and its application to help people who have had to deal with burnout, addictions such as pornography and infidelity.
Dave and his wife Anne have been married over 46 years and have six adult children and seven grandchildren. Dave grew up in the Buffalo area, met his wife as a soldier in Germany and they have settled in Western New York but enjoy traveling to visit their out of state children.

PAM NELLIGAN
COUNSELOR
Pam comes to Renewed Hope Ministries with a deep passion for ministering to ministry leaders and their wives, offering biblical counseling and support during difficult seasons. As the founder and leader of Prayer Chain Online, a global online prayer and counseling ministry, she has spent years connecting and encouraging people in their faith journeys worldwide. She also serves as a biblical counselor at The Chapel at Crosspoint in Getzville, NY, and supplements the counseling team at Riverbend Church in Austin, TX.
Having previously been a pastor’s wife, Pam understands firsthand the unique pressures, expectations, and challenges that pastors' wives and families face. Her personal experience, combined with her heart for biblical truth and restoration, equips her to walk alongside women in ministry with empathy and wisdom.
Pam’s husband, Wayne, is a native of Western New York. Together, they have made the Buffalo area their home, cherishing the time they share with their four children and their families.
